Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) Thibau Gijselinx started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thibau Gijselinx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thibau Gijselinx blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeffery De Kijser having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Julius Leyman managed to get in a good position for a shot. KV Valkenberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Julius Leyman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeffery De Kijser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thibau Gijselinx in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeffery De Kijser saved RSC Anthisnes from getting behind. RSC Anthisnes's Jeffery De Kijser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Leyman in the 27th minute of play. A collision led to KV Valkenberg getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Anton Van Beets hit a great ball. After 33 minutes of play, RSC Anthisnes's Izak Spoelberchs made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolf De Spiegeleire was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute Thibau Gijselinx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeffery De Kijser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fredrik Oelaerts kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adolf De Spiegeleire. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. In the 44th minute, Fredrik Oelaerts reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Adolf De Spiegeleire. The goal made the score 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fredrik Oelaerts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fredrik Oelaerts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luuk Van Brusselen hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 57 played minutes, RSC Anthisnes's Frank Kerstens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adolf De Spiegeleire came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in RSC Anthisnes reached it. Izak Spoelberchs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. RSC Anthisnes's Jeffery De Kijser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luuk Van Brusselen in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute, Gertjan Tubbackx hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thibau Gijselinx in the 64th minute of play forced RSC Anthisnes's goalkeeper Jeffery De Kijser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adolf De Spiegeleire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izak Spoelberchs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Oelaerts's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adolf De Spiegeleire read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. RSC Anthisnes's Izak Spoelberchs got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the KV Valkenberg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RSC Anthisnes.
