Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5680, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 20) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Yelle Van Gestelt got the match started through his kick off. Roben Lambrechts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th minute, Yelle Van Gestelt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maurus Leempoels was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Deerlijk's Maurus Leempoels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roben Lambrechts in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Yelle Van Gestelt notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Deerlijk's Maurus Leempoels. Maurus Leempoels was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roben Lambrechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roben Lambrechts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Maurus Leempoels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deerlijk's Maurus Leempoels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yelle Van Gestelt in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Guillaume Vrijdag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Refael Colebrants could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Reinaud Van Linthaut made a huge save. Roben Lambrechts scored 0-3 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurus Leempoels, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roben Lambrechts in the 45th minute of play forced Deerlijk's goalkeeper Maurus Leempoels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurus Leempoels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yelle Van Gestelt in the 46th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roben Lambrechts in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurus Leempoels prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Deerlijk players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AFC Kerselaar were winning 0-3.

After 53 played minutes, AFC Kerselaar's Leo Van Hoeyvelt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maurus Leempoels came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC Kerselaar reached it. Yelle Van Gestelt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Roben Lambrechts made a precise shot to the right of Maurus Leempoels. Deerlijk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. Roben Lambrechts in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Maurus Leempoels, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yelle Van Gestelt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Maurus Leempoels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 played minutes Deerlijk got a freekick which was hit by Corneel Van den Maegdenbergh. Alek Ruttens hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Roben Lambrechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. AFC Kerselaar played a much better game than Deerlijk and deserved their victory. The Deerlijk players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
