Jan-Simon Sliepers hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mickael Haesevoets managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mighty Ducks's supporters rose to their feet, but Mickael Haesevoets was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michel Heijlen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st match minute, FC Woud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Pelsmaeckers to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Vervoort sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes FC Woud got a freekick which was hit by Ramon Pelsmaeckers. 39 minutes into the match, FC Woud's goal looked a bit too open when Godfried Laeremans came free, but Michel Heijlen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Heijlen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laurend Van Gijsel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Dekeyser made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Werner Luijten sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godfried Laeremans was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to FC Woud getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Christoff Grootjans hit a great ball. In the 59th minute Werner Luijten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Dekeyser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christoff Grootjans took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alexandre Dekeyser. After having played for 67 minutes, Christoff Grootjans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Woud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoff Grootjans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mighty Ducks's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mickael Haesevoets in the 75th minute. Mickael Haesevoets made a great header on Mighty Ducks's corner, it was just that FC Woud's Michel Heijlen managed to reach the ball for a save. Alexandre Dekeyser came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Woud's Werner Luijten. But to his dismay, Werner Luijten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 86th minute Laurend Van Gijsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Heijlen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Christoff Grootjans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Michel Heijlen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godfried Laeremans in the 93rd minute of the match. Mighty Ducks's Alexandre Dekeyser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoff Grootjans in the 94th minute of play. FC Woud succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Mighty Ducks had controlled the match.
