After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Jean Camps managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Juve's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean Camps was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jim Van Beringen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the game, one of FC Juve:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Jean Camps came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the FC Juve fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jean Camps couldn't finish the play. In the 28thth minute of the game Jean Camps who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mo Town's Jim Van Beringen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henri-Xavier Van Cleynenbreugel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jim Van Beringen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Camps in the 35th minute of play. If Joeri Dobbeleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jim Van Beringen made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Dolf Coekelbergh sent off a good shot on target. Joeri Dobbeleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jean Camps received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jim Van Beringen came out and tried to block the shot, but Jean Camps slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. Jean Camps recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

51 minutes into the match, FC Juve's goal looked a bit too open when Henri-Xavier Van Cleynenbreugel came free, but Yens Van de Goor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mo Town's Jim Van Beringen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joeri Dobbeleir in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Jean Camps managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Juve's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean Camps was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Henri-Xavier Van Cleynenbreugel took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Yens Van de Goor to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Camps in the 82nd minute of play forced Mo Town's goalkeeper Jim Van Beringen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
