The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Theo De Keijser kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Koen Vrankx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Philipp Laureys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philipp Laureys was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joeri Dobbeleir showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Koen Vrankx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Laureys having to interfere. Dolf Coekelbergh who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Philipp Laureys when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Philipp Laureys didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Koen Vrankx went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute Joeri Dobbeleir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Philipp Laureys saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, FC Juve's Koen Vrankx sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Philipp Laureys narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Diederick Schoenmakers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philipp Laureys stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joeri Dobbeleir's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC Juve's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Rix came free, but Yens Van de Goor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joeri Dobbeleir was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 40th minute. FC Juve's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Koen Vrankx got free with Philipp Laureys in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Moortebeek getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Luckas Cox hit a great ball. Joeri Dobbeleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luckas Cox during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 51 played minutes Moortebeek got a freekick which was hit by Luckas Cox. After 52 played minutes, FC Juve's Jules Clijsters shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Philipp Laureys came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Juve reached it. If Diederick Schoenmakers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Moortebeek fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! Jules Clijsters shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Philipp Laureys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joeri Dobbeleir, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. A collision led to Moortebeek getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Tommie Heirremans hit a great ball. After 68 minutes Moortebeek's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jules Clijsters who took care of the corner kick. Constant Valckeneers tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Philipp Laureys. An unnecessary self made goal, 3-0 in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the game, Kasper Weygaers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yens Van de Goor. Kasper Weygaers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 77th minute, Koen Vrankx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Juve fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Joeri Dobbeleir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philipp Laureys having to interfere. Marten Van Boeckost kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Joeri Dobbeleir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moortebeek's Philipp Laureys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Moortebeek's Tommie Heirremans got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Philipp Laureys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joeri Dobbeleir in the 95th minute of the match. If Koen Vrankx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Juve's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
