Spectators: 7000 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1460, VIP seats: 40) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Steven Biesen kicked off to start the match. 14 minutes into the match, Sankt-Vith's goalkeeper Robbe Van Hautvin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Basiel Loosen. A collision led to Sankt-Vith getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Reinaud De Maerschalck hit a great ball. In the 18th match minute, RedBull Antwerp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kieth De Ceuster to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toon Vandewalle in the 20th minute of play forced RedBull Antwerp's goalkeeper Lorenzo Rosseels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaud De Maerschalck's late challenge caught a RedBull Antwerp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinaud De Maerschalck helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sankt-Vith getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Reinaud De Maerschalck hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sankt-Vith's zone, Diedrik Vrijdags stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robbe Van Hautvin came out of the goal and Diedrik Vrijdags tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Robbe Van Hautvin managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when RedBull Antwerp's Basiel Loosen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 32nd minute, Toon Vandewalle ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lorenzo Rosseels was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Sankt-Vith's Jordy Van Aertvin got a free kick in the 35th minute. Diedrik Vrijdags received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Robbe Van Hautvin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Mesmaeckers charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tony Mesmaeckers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Tony Mesmaeckers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sankt-Vith's Robbe Van Hautvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diedrik Vrijdags in the 43rd minute of play. Robbe Van Hautvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diedrik Vrijdags in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Sankt-Vith were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Diedrik Vrijdags made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Sankt-Vith getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Peter Dirickx hit a great ball. Robbe Van Hautvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diedrik Vrijdags in the 54th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henri-Xavier Van Den Driessche during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for RedBull Antwerp. Geoffry Degryse stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Robbe Van Hautvin. 1-1. After 70 minutes, Erwin-Alexander Reiniers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sankt-Vith and the RedBull Antwerp players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Sankt-Vith was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin-Alexander Reiniers to maneuver through the defense. RedBull Antwerp's Basiel Loosen got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Sankt-Vith's goal looked a bit too open when Basiel Loosen came free, but Robbe Van Hautvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sankt-Vith's Robbe Van Hautvin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diedrik Vrijdags in the 81st minute of play. Robbe Van Hautvin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basiel Loosen in the 88th minute of the match. Toon Vandewalle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, RedBull Antwerp's Lorenzo Rosseels got control of the ball when Toon Vandewalle tried to sneak it across the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sankt-Vith players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for RedBull Antwerp.
