After a rather tough play, RSC Adegem's Axel van haeve got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Adolf Van Haerschot was a little too slow when Christiaan Vermeiren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiaan Vermeiren in the 7th minute of play forced RSC Adegem's goalkeeper Adolf Van Haerschot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RSC Adegem's Adolf Van Haerschot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save RSC Adegem from getting a goal against them. Andreas Van Der Meeren kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, RSC Adegem's goalkeeper Adolf Van Haerschot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thibaud Van Hecke. Amaury Steckens received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolf Van Haerschot came out and tried to block the shot, but Amaury Steckens slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. When Thibaud Van Hecke came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the KFC Nudorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thibaud Van Hecke couldn't finish the play. Luk Van de Poel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Aristides Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommie Elzen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Christiaan Vermeiren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolf Van Haerschot was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. If Thibaud Van Hecke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes KFC Nudorp got a freekick which was hit by Matthew Vergau. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Thibaud Van Hecke made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, RSC Adegem's Lode De Keijsere got a free kick in the 51st minute. Christiaan Vermeiren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luk Van de Poel struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Aristides Nevada didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RSC Adegem. After a defensive mix-up in RSC Adegem's zone, Christiaan Vermeiren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolf Van Haerschot came out of the goal and Christiaan Vermeiren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolf Van Haerschot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christiaan Vermeiren in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Remie Van Adorp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, Thibaud Van Hecke notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of RSC Adegem's Adolf Van Haerschot. Adolf Van Haerschot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, Mark Gijselinx was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RSC Adegem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Nudorp the free kick. In the 79th match minute, RSC Adegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Gijselinx to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, RSC Adegem's goal looked a bit too open when Thibaud Van Hecke came free, but Adolf Van Haerschot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adolf Van Haerschot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thibaud Van Hecke in the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in RSC Adegem's zone, Thibaud Van Hecke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolf Van Haerschot came out of the goal and Thibaud Van Hecke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adolf Van Haerschot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amaury Steckens in the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Thibaud Van Hecke managed to get in a good position for a shot. KFC Nudorp's supporters rose to their feet, but Thibaud Van Hecke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolf Van Haerschot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thibaud Van Hecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. RSC Adegem's Adolf Van Haerschot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amaury Steckens in the 90th minute of play.
