Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Van Den Eynden kicked off to start the match. Theo Vanden Bussche didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 3rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. 6 minutes into the game, Teo Coekelbergh recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Theo Vanden Bussche. Teo Coekelbergh showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Benedict Rouvroys hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Theo Vanden Bussche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Van den Maegdenbergh in the 11th minute. Andries Lingier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC TRILLIAN's zone, Matias Van den Maegdenbergh stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Vanden Bussche came out of the goal and Matias Van den Maegdenbergh tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andries Lingier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Teo Coekelbergh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theo Vanden Bussche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolvertem-Merchtem's Jannes Meulemans played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorn Van Caubergen in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 20 minutes, Benedict Rouvroys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC TRILLIAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedict Rouvroys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andries Lingier kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute of the match Erwin-Alexander Decloedt shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jannes Meulemans showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Wolvertem-Merchtem's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Van Den Eynden came free, but Jannes Meulemans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jacq Hunaerts fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC TRILLIAN's protests and gave Jacq Hunaerts a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, FC TRILLIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacq Hunaerts to maneuver through the defense. In the 36thth minute of the game Teo Coekelbergh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC TRILLIAN's Theo Vanden Bussche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Kieth Thys was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC TRILLIAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolvertem-Merchtem the free kick. 37 minutes into the game, one of FC TRILLIAN:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Theo Vanden Bussche, was totally fooled by Wolvertem-Merchtem's Teo Coekelbergh, who 38 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mathieux Lannoye took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Theo Vanden Bussche. FC TRILLIAN's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teo Coekelbergh was the one to do the kick off. Andries Lingier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Wolvertem-Merchtem's Andries Lingier got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Matias Van den Maegdenbergh took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theo Vanden Bussche. Theo Vanden Bussche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Wolvertem-Merchtem were furious when Andries Lingier was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 65th minute, one of Wolvertem-Merchtem:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wolvertem-Merchtem. In the 68th minute there was a penalty for FC TRILLIAN. Erwin-Alexander Decloedt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jannes Meulemans. 5-1. Jannes Meulemans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Van Den Eynden in the 71st minute of the match. Theo Vanden Bussche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicolas Kerstens went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Theo Vanden Bussche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Kerstens in the 75th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Daniel Van Den Eynden rounded Wolvertem-Merchtem's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorn Van Caubergen in the 80th minute of play forced Wolvertem-Merchtem's goalkeeper Jannes Meulemans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC TRILLIAN's zone, Sam Jooris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Vanden Bussche came out of the goal and Sam Jooris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Matias Van den Maegdenbergh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wolvertem-Merchtem's supporters rose to their feet, but Matias Van den Maegdenbergh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theo Vanden Bussche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacq Hunaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Jacq Hunaerts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teo Coekelbergh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Vanden Bussche having to interfere.
