Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anthoon Debrouwere made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Waut Wiggers got free with Emmanuel Schockaert in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waut Wiggers in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emmanuel Schockaert, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lieven De Peuter, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Pauwels in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Thielens saved Champi fc from getting behind. In the 13th minute Anthoon Debrouwere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Thielens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waut Wiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Schockaert having to interfere. In the 17th minute Mathijs Roulin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Schockaert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emmanuel Schockaert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathijs Roulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Champi fc's Waut Wiggers got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mathijs Roulin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Champi fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathijs Roulin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emmanuel Schockaert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Haillot's zone, Mathijs Roulin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emmanuel Schockaert came out of the goal and Mathijs Roulin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mathijs Roulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Schockaert having to interfere. If Waut Wiggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Haillot's Emmanuel Schockaert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathijs Roulin in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mathijs Roulin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorden Langendonck during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gunther Van Vyve tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Emmanuel Schockaert. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 57th minute. After 61 played minutes KFC Haillot got a freekick which was hit by Gunther Van Vyve. After 68 minutes of play, Champi fc's Mathijs Roulin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emmanuel Schockaert was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Waut Wiggers came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Champi fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waut Wiggers couldn't finish the play. KFC Haillot's Jorden Langendonck got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Jorden Langendonck off the ground. Jorden Langendonck hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waut Wiggers in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuel Schockaert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ruben Pauwels took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Thielens. Andreas Thielens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Champi fc's Waut Wiggers got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Champi fc had played much better football throughout.
