Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruben Pauwels to make the kick off. Achilles Valckenaerss short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Emmanuel Schockaert to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ruben Pauwels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Kristiaan Naets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ive Le Lion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emmanuel Schockaert having to interfere. Emmanuel Schockaert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harold Vorster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harold Vorster might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emmanuel Schockaert. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
