Anton Van der Sande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Reynaerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Anton Van der Sande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Reynaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Excelsior Mullem's Frederic Robijns got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th minute, Fabrice Rijmenans made a precise shot to the right of Roel Van Leemputte.
