Testopia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claude Van de Velde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Gert-Jan Gallot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Joris van Hagenborgh made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Brewers Gold's Diederiek Van den Inde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gert-Jan Gallot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Gert-Jan Gallot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Van de Velde in the 58th minute of the match. Claude Van de Velde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Charles-Antoine Adriaensens fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Testopia's protests and gave Charles-Antoine Adriaensens a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd minute, one of Testopia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Testopia. Gert-Jan Gallot was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claude Van de Velde showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 68 minute of play. If Garry Pieters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garry Pieters blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Martijn Eekhout having to make a save. When Claude Van de Velde came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Brewers Gold fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claude Van de Velde couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded Brewers Gold left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Testopia.
