Spectators: 7357 (Terracing: 5631, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Terry Izemborgh kicked off to start the match. FC Bayardii's Abel Vanden Bussche played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Terry Izemborgh in the 3rd minute of play. When R.W.D.M.'s Terry Izemborgh in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Vanden Bussche showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bayardii's goalkeeper Abel Vanden Bussche, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When FC Bayardii's Dyllan Neef in 19 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Sam-Lucas Loots guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Sam-Lucas Loots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Vervoort in the 22nd minute of play. Alexandre Vervoort might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sam-Lucas Loots. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Vervoort ran back to his position shaking his head. Laurens Deswarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Vanden Bussche having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Terry Izemborgh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bayardii's zone, Laurens Deswarte stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Vanden Bussche came out of the goal and Laurens Deswarte tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Diederick Morreels hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. R.W.D.M.'s Mathias Van Huyck couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Bayardii.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Vervoort stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yoachim Schautens during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, FC Bayardii was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yoachim Schautens to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, R.W.D.M.'s Terry Izemborgh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abel Vanden Bussche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Alexandre Vervoort had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam-Lucas Loots stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dyllan Neef's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Alexandre Vervoort scored 1-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sam-Lucas Loots, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Abel Vanden Bussche made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Laurens Deswarte sent off a good shot on target. Dyllan Neef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sam-Lucas Loots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Vervoort in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Bayardii's Mike Creemers got a free kick in the 90th minute. The supporters of FC Bayardii booed when R.W.D.M. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terry Izemborgh didn't get a good kick on the ball.
