After a defensive mix-up in Zeb United's zone, Karl Lefevere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diederick Suteweij came out of the goal and Karl Lefevere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-0 became the score in the 35th minute when Karl Lefevere elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Martin Devaux hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remy Jonckers was the one to do the kick off.
