Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5658, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dre Van Leemputte kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Dre Van Leemputte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Zwalm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dre Van Leemputte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dre Van Leemputte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Yannik Marrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pascal Van De Wiele stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robbe Helssens's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Club Zwalm's Pascal Van De Wiele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbe Helssens in the 10th minute of play. Dre Van Leemputte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Yannik Marrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Thierry De Kijser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dre Van Leemputte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannik Marrant having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dre Van Leemputte in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yannik Marrant saved FC Tienen from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Dominik Libreghts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Club Zwalm's Thierry De Kijser in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Tienen's goalie prevented a goal. Yannik Marrant came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Zwalm's Dre Van Leemputte. But to his dismay, Dre Van Leemputte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 32 minutes into the game, Robbe Helssens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pascal Van De Wiele. Robbe Helssens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Yelle Van den Driesch hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Robert Wenderix kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Yannik Marrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Paschiers in the 45th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robbe Helssens made a kick off. If Dre Van Leemputte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Lennart Paschiers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Zwalm and the FC Tienen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lennart Paschiers hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Zwalm's goalkeeper Pascal Van De Wiele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute, Thierry De Kijser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Yannik Marrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 71 played minutes FC Tienen got a freekick which was hit by Robert Wenderix. Ruben de Vleeschouwer shot a hard long shot which touched the left pole and just rolled over the goal line behind Yannik Marrant. 72 minutes into the game was 1-2. A hard shot 77 in the game by Thierry De Kijser from a close distance when the talented Yannik Marrant managed to make a qualified save. FC Tienen's players were relieved. Thierry De Kijser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Yannik Marrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dre Van Leemputte in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to FC Tienen getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Dominik Libreghts hit a great ball. Yannik Marrant was a little too slow when Dre Van Leemputte got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-3. 97 minutes into the match, FC Tienen's goalkeeper Yannik Marrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thierry De Kijser. Club Zwalm's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
