Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 9thth minute of the game Dominik Libreghts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Helbeek Rams's Kobe Kints was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute Robbe Helssens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kobe Kints saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, FC Tienen's Robert Wenderix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kobe Kints made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Robert Wenderix kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Libreghts in the 17th minute of play forced Helbeek Rams's goalkeeper Kobe Kints to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Ernst Waron got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yannik Marrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathieu Voets in the 20th minute of the match. Yannik Marrant made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Mathieu Voets sent off a good shot on target. Kobe Kints made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Wenderix in the 27th minute of play. Helbeek Rams's Mathieu Voets got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the FC Tienen defense, Ernst Waron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Yannik Marrant. The FC Tienen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yannik Marrant should have stopped the shot. Kobe Kints took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenney Neirynck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ernst Waron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Mathieu Voets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kobe Kints showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenney Neirynck, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Robbe Helssens's late challenge caught a Helbeek Rams's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robbe Helssens helped the player get up and apologised. After 46 played minutes FC Tienen got a freekick which was hit by Robbe Helssens. 48 minutes into the match, Helbeek Rams's goal looked a bit too open when Kenney Neirynck came free, but Kobe Kints reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ernst Waron was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Robbe Helssens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Helbeek Rams's Kobe Kints proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Helbeek Rams from getting a goal against them. In the 55th minute Mathieu Voets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yannik Marrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Ernst Waron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Helbeek Rams's supporters rose to their feet, but Ernst Waron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yannik Marrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With an all-out effort, FC Tienen's Kobe Kints threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robbe Helssens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ernst Waron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yannik Marrant having to make a save. Helbeek Rams's Kobe Kints played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robbe Helssens in the 79th minute of play. Helbeek Rams's Kobe Kints proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Helbeek Rams from getting a goal against them. Kobe Kints showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbe Helssens in the 82nd minute of the match. Jan-Pieter Boegaerts hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Helbeek Rams's goalkeeper Kobe Kints had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenney Neirynck. In the 94th match minute, FC Tienen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richy Grootaerts to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Helbeek Rams's Kobe Kints got control of the ball when Kenney Neirynck tried to sneak it across the goal line. The FC Tienen players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
