A very good chance. Will Dewinter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Van De Beeck in the 21st minute of the match. Ewout Jacobs might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Will Dewinter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ewout Jacobs ran back to his position shaking his head. Will Dewinter made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Ewout Jacobs sent off a good shot on target. Ewout Jacobs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Will Dewinter having to interfere. Class on Grass's Wart Van de Velde got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wart Van de Velde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toon Huyterhoeven's late challenge caught a Class on Grass's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toon Huyterhoeven helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Boterpot's Toon Huyterhoeven got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wart Van de Velde to make the kick off. Toon Huyterhoeven was shown his second yellow card after 55 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Toon Huyterhoeven hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Wart Van de Velde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Will Dewinter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ewout Jacobs, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, Class on Grass's Kent Decock got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Wart Van de Velde kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Kent Decock had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
