Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. SL Benfica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alle the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gertjan Vrins during the 10th minute. Karel-Jan Schouters, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Koen Hemelaers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 17th match minute, SL Benfica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustijn Hoes to maneuver through the defense. When Laurend Stroobans came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Alle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurend Stroobans couldn't finish the play. In the last second Yens Baumans throw himself and got hold of the ball when Brain Isemborgh in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Koen Hemelaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Yanis Grammet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Koen Hemelaers fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SL Benfica's protests and gave Koen Hemelaers a yellow card for diving instead. Koen Hemelaers kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Ewout Rijmenams struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Yanis Grammet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SL Benfica. Tom Roofhoof sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yens Baumans showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brain Isemborgh in the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Alle's zone, Koen Hemelaers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yanis Grammet came out of the goal and Koen Hemelaers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Yens Baumans successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Tom Roofhoof made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Brain Isemborgh made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. SL Benfica's Yens Baumans tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 57th minute Tom Roofhoof shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yanis Grammet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brain Isemborgh took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yens Baumans. Yens Baumans dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Yens Baumans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brain Isemborgh, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute, Gertjan Vrins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SL Benfica the free kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the SL Benfica players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alle.
