Spectators: 6762 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1762, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kamiel Dewinter kicked off to start the match. Kamiel Dewinter might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Klaus Gijselinghs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kamiel Dewinter ran back to his position shaking his head. Klaus Gijselinghs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kamiel Dewinter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Kamiel Dewinter put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Klaus Gijselinghs. After 20 minutes, Kamiel Dewinter made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. KSV De Ruiter's Klaus Gijselinghs tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mattheo Deroek kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamiel Dewinter in the 27th minute of play forced KSV De Ruiter's goalkeeper Klaus Gijselinghs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 27 minutes, Geert-Jan Audenaert mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KSV De Ruiter and the Club Rijkevorsel players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Geert-Jan Audenaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Rijkevorsel's Pierre-Olivier Van Eede got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pierre-Olivier Van Eede blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klaus Gijselinghs having to make a save. After 40 played minutes KSV De Ruiter got a freekick which was hit by Geert-Jan Audenaert. After 45 minutes, Mattheo Deroek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KSV De Ruiter and the Club Rijkevorsel players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, KSV De Ruiter's Mattheo Deroek got a free kick in the 45th minute. The KSV De Ruiter players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Rijkevorsel were winning 0-2.

Louis-Philippe Daems's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benne Goovaerts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. If Louis Van hoeijveld had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Pierre-Olivier Van Eede left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Rijkevorsel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 65th minute, Kamiel Dewinter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 71 played minutes KSV De Ruiter got a freekick which was hit by Florian Shamp. Club Rijkevorsel's Kamiel Dewinter was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 77th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Lorenzo Soetemans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klaus Gijselinghs having to interfere. Klaus Gijselinghs made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Kamiel Dewinter sent off a good shot on target. Club Rijkevorsel were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after KSV De Ruiter's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pierre-Olivier Van Eede took the corner. Rob Van Glabeeke was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Bertan van Eijnde hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Club Rijkevorsel played a much better game than KSV De Ruiter and deserved their victory. The KSV De Ruiter players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
