Kenney Heijligem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien De Vleeschauwer in the 10th minute of play. Waud Roelands could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Kenney Heijligem made a huge save. If Lucien De Vleeschauwer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Brye fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Kenney Heijligem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucien De Vleeschauwer in the 37th minute of play. Octavian Styles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Bruno Hoes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roderik Nys was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Octavian Styles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantijn Engelbert's late challenge caught a Brye's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantijn Engelbert helped the player get up and apologised.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavian Styles to make the kick off. Bruno Hoes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roderik Nys having to interfere. Kenney Heijligem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waud Roelands, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Bruno Hoes notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of ISC's Roderik Nys. Roderik Nys was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Brye's Kenney Heijligem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucien De Vleeschauwer in the 86th minute of play. When Lucien De Vleeschauwer came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the ISC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucien De Vleeschauwer couldn't finish the play. Octavian Styles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roderik Nys having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Brye left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ISC.
