In the 8thth minute of the game Sebbe De Vreese who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ISC's Roderik Nys was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind ISC's goalkeeper Roderik Nys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roderik Nys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebbe De Vreese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, ISC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Franckx came free, but Roderik Nys reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ISC's Roderik Nys played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebbe De Vreese in the 15th minute of play. Jannick Rutgeerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waud Roelands, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a defensive mix-up in ISC's zone, Bernt Franckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roderik Nys came out of the goal and Bernt Franckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bernt Franckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ron Wuets hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Waud Roelands sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind ISC's goalkeeper Roderik Nys, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
