Marten Goegebeur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 13 minutes, Greg Portai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Manguis & Company's supporters crossed their fingers, but Greg Portai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Sheffield Tuesday was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Floris Nys to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Gregory Vloebergh was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sheffield Tuesday's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Manguis & Company the free kick. After 16 played minutes Sheffield Tuesday got a freekick which was hit by Gregory Vloebergh. After 17 played minutes, Los Manguis & Company's Ryan Tilens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marten Goegebeur came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Los Manguis & Company reached it. Ruben Baumans succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 20th playminute. Ruben Baumanss short, quick shot in the 23rdth minute got Yannis Cerneels to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Philippe-Arnaud Krabbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marten Goegebeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Greg Portai in the 26th minute of play. Steven Huijberechts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marten Goegebeur having to interfere. Marten Goegebeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steven Huijberechts, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Los Manguis & Company's Greg Portai got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Sheffield Tuesday's zone, Greg Portai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marten Goegebeur came out of the goal and Greg Portai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Steven Huijberechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Sheffield Tuesday's goal looked a bit too open when Steven Huijberechts came free, but Marten Goegebeur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ruben Baumans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yannis Cerneels having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Diederiek Vercouteren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Greg Portai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marten Goegebeur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Greg Portai scored 1-1 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marten Goegebeur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marten Goegebeur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greg Portai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Sheffield Tuesday's Gregory Vloebergh got a free kick in the 67th minute. The supporters of Sheffield Tuesday booed when Los Manguis & Company was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vince Verheijd didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Vince Verheijd fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Manguis & Company's protests and gave Vince Verheijd a yellow card for diving instead. Vince Verheijd kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Marten Goegebeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hendrik-Jan Isebergh, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 80th minute, Greg Portai reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marten Goegebeur. The goal made the score 1-2. Steven Huijberechts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Greg Portai in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marten Goegebeur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Greg Portai managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Manguis & Company's supporters rose to their feet, but Greg Portai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marten Goegebeur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Greg Portai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Gregory Vloebergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los Manguis & Company's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
