Kobe Winnepennincks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jochen Armentier to make the kick off. Kobe Winnepennincks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jochen Armentier in the 52nd minute of the match. Kobe Winnepennincks stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jochen Armentier's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Dan De Wever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kobe Winnepennincks having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jochen Armentier in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kobe Winnepennincks saved KV Corbion from getting behind. With an all-out effort, KV Corbion's Herman Lingier threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pieter-Jan Jennis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A sloppy throw-in by Pierre Rijmenans in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by KV Corbion's Sylvain Wuijts. After having played for 89 minutes, Dan De Wever managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Lommelse Azul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan De Wever was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jochen Armentier in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kobe Winnepennincks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When FC Lommelse Azul's Jochen Armentier in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KV Corbion's goalie prevented a goal. When Joseph Beets fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KV Corbion's protests and gave Joseph Beets a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KV Corbion getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Joseph Beets hit a great ball. The KV Corbion players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FC Lommelse Azul from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
