The supporters of KV Corbion booed when Jupilose CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristof Van Meerbeek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pieter-Jan Jennis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem Volens having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jurgen Cox in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willem Volens saved Jupilose CF from getting behind. Hubert De Backer hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Pieter-Jan Jennis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristof Van Meerbeek got free with Kobe Winnepennincks in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Willem Volens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter-Jan Jennis in the 19th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Pieter-Jan Jennis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Willem Volens was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 27 minutes in the game, Pieter-Jan Jennis dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Willem Volens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pieter-Jan Jennis in the 31st minute of the match. Willem Volens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter-Jan Jennis in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Raf Borglevens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem Volens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pieter-Jan Jennis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Raf Borglevens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willem Volens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Pieter-Jan Jennis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pieter-Jan Jennis might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willem Volens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pieter-Jan Jennis ran back to his position shaking his head. 60 minutes into the match, KV Corbion's Pieter-Jan Jennis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willem Volens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Joseph Beets kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th match minute, Jupilose CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Staf Voorhof to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pieter-Jan Jennis in the 68th minute of play forced Jupilose CF's goalkeeper Willem Volens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pieter-Jan Jennis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Willem Volens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jupilose CF's Willem Volens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jurgen Cox in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Jupilose CF's zone, Jurgen Cox stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Willem Volens came out of the goal and Jurgen Cox tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raf Borglevens in the 79th minute of play forced Jupilose CF's goalkeeper Willem Volens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Pieter-Jan Jennis came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the KV Corbion fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pieter-Jan Jennis couldn't finish the play. Pieter-Jan Jennis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willem Volens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurgen Cox, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Pieter-Jan Jennis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute, Jurgen Cox reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Willem Volens. The goal made the score 0-2. Nestor Gijsbrechts made in the 95th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Emile Van De Putts. The Jupilose CF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KV Corbion were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
