When RFC Blaasveld's Daniel Terhorst in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C. De Stampers's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to F.C. De Stampers getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Achilles Van De Wijngaert hit a great ball. Daniel Terhorst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matt Van Mellart read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Matt Van Mellart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Terhorst, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Pino de Nijs fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C. De Stampers's protests and gave Pino de Nijs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Pino de Nijs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Terhorst sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, F.C. De Stampers's Philip Shamp got a free kick in the 17th minute. Sander Strupar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matt Van Mellart having to interfere. F.C. De Stampers's Matt Van Mellart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Terhorst in the 31st minute of play. Matt Van Mellart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Terhorst in the 38th minute of play. Sander Strupar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matt Van Mellart having to interfere. If Daniel Terhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bjorn Shamp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sander Strupar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Daniel Terhorst got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sander Strupar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But to his dismay, Daniel Terhorst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Philip Shamp hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. F.C. De Stampers's Matt Van Mellart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Terhorst in the 77th minute of play. Matt Van Mellart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sander Strupar in the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of RFC Blaasveld booed when F.C. De Stampers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achilles Van De Wijngaert didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Sander Strupar managed to get in a good position for a shot. RFC Blaasveld's supporters rose to their feet, but Sander Strupar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matt Van Mellart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute Sander Strupar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matt Van Mellart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to RFC Blaasveld getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jean Van Gysel hit a great ball.
