The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacky Petris got free with Matt Van Mellart in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Oostakker left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C. De Stampers.
