Spectators: 6775 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daan Biermans made the kick off which started today's match. Gaetan Creemers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruud Van Haerschot having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFC Bucquoi's goalkeeper Rens Van Der Weghen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rens Van Der Weghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daan Biermans, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Wesley van Eijnde in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rens Van Der Weghen, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Nick Langhmans kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 23rdth minute of the game Stef Van Eyck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Natrium's Ruud Van Haerschot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute, Wesley van Eijnde made a precise shot to the right of Rens Van Der Weghen. AFC Bucquoi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 31st minute Gaetan Creemers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruud Van Haerschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, AFC Bucquoi's Gaetan Creemers made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruud Van Haerschot was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Daan Biermans fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Stef Van Eyck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruud Van Haerschot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stef Van Eyck's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stef Van Eyck to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaetan Creemers got free with Ruud Van Haerschot in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daan Biermans in the 57th minute of play forced AFC Bucquoi's goalkeeper Rens Van Der Weghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, AFC Bucquoi's Nick Langhmans got a free kick in the 60th minute. Wesley van Eijnde scored 2-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rens Van Der Weghen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 66 minutes, Daan Biermans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Natrium's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daan Biermans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Bucquoi's zone, Wesley van Eijnde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rens Van Der Weghen came out of the goal and Wesley van Eijnde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Gaetan Creemers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaetan Creemers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Richmond Ourogge fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Bucquoi's protests and gave Richmond Ourogge a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to AFC Bucquoi getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Richmond Ourogge hit a great ball. SC Natrium's Wesley van Eijnde got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the game, SC Natrium's Wesley van Eijnde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rens Van Der Weghen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 88th match minute, SC Natrium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Goons to maneuver through the defense. Gaetan Creemers struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Ruud Van Haerschot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Bucquoi. During the 90th minute of the match Andre Goons completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Andre Goons a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. If Gaetan Creemers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
