Nick Dauwe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Van Herck's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the match, FC Manchita's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias-Alexander Degraef came free, but Nick Dauwe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hendrik-Jan Vermeiren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nick Dauwe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias-Alexander Degraef in the 13th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Robbie Van Den Broeck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Manchita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wauveringen the free kick. The supporters of Wauveringen booed when FC Manchita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbie Van Den Broeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Ignace Swings fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gaetan Acke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias-Alexander Degraef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacq Slegers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrez Van Caenegem in the 35th minute. Gaetan Acke struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Nick Dauwe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wauveringen. Nick Dauwe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hendrik-Jan Vermeiren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Mathias-Alexander Degraef got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaetan Acke stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nick Dauwe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathias-Alexander Degraef went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mathias-Alexander Degraefs short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Nick Dauwe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Mathias-Alexander Degraef struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Nick Dauwe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wauveringen. After 62 minutes of play FC Manchita's Robbie Van Den Broeck was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 63 played minutes FC Manchita got a freekick which was hit by Robbie Van Den Broeck. Nick Dauwe made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Mathias-Alexander Degraef sent off a good shot on target. In the 75th minute, Tristan Moerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 76 played minutes, FC Manchita's Diederik Hauwaerts shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacq Slegers came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Manchita reached it. After 77 played minutes Wauveringen got a freekick which was hit by Jean-Louis Baele. FC Manchita's Nick Dauwe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save FC Manchita from getting a goal against them. Gaetan Acke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gaetan Acke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Jeffery Van den Paenhuysen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wauveringen were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing FC Manchita to leave the ground with a draw.
