Spectators: 7483 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 110) Mathieux Gijselinckx hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. RG Raggers's Matias Smekens couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for RSC Poederlee. Jeremy Rauvoets might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bjorn Van Geertruyen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremy Rauvoets ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of RSC Poederlee booed when RG Raggers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jilian Isemborgh didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gerrit Caes came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the RSC Poederlee fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerrit Caes couldn't finish the play. RSC Poederlee's Gerrit Caes got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, RG Raggers's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremy Rauvoets came free, but Bjorn Van Geertruyen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bjorn Van Geertruyen came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by RSC Poederlee's Jeremy Rauvoets. But to his dismay, Jeremy Rauvoets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 26th minute, Arnoud De Wortelaer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of RG Raggers booed when RSC Poederlee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dany Van der Veken didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, RSC Poederlee's goalkeeper Lander Schepens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnoud De Wortelaer. Jeremy Rauvoets recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. RSC Poederlee's Lander Schepens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wout Ooms in the 48th minute of play. The RG Raggers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. RSC Poederlee were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wout Ooms to make the kick off. Wout Ooms received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Lander Schepens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute Arnoud De Wortelaer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lander Schepens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeremy Rauvoets in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjorn Van Geertruyen saved RG Raggers from getting behind. Arnoud De Wortelaer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute Arnoud De Wortelaer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lander Schepens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wout Ooms sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bjorn Van Geertruyen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerrit Caes in the 73rd minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Gerrit Caes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RSC Poederlee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerrit Caes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hans Decloedt kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Bjorn Van Geertruyen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeremy Rauvoets showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 77 minute of play. Ben Serneels charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ben Serneels the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, RSC Poederlee's Ben Serneels got a free kick in the 80th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerrit Caes got free with Bjorn Van Geertruyen in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Jilian Isemborgh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerrit Caes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th match minute, RG Raggers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jilian Isemborgh to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Gerrit Caes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arnoud De Wortelaer came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the RG Raggers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnoud De Wortelaer couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. RSC Poederlee walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
