Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Brent Van Geertruyen made the kick off which started today's match. Marco Decremer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes, Zele's Stanny Susters shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dominik Elens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zele reached it. Sam Aerts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 8 minutes, Brent Van Geertruyen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cubelicious's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brent Van Geertruyen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Brent Van Geertruyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Andrew De Metser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dominik Elens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Van Den Abeele in the 12th minute. Cubelicious's Dominik Elens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karel-Jan Van Haght in the 15th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Brian Van Nel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andrew De Metser was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Van Den Abeele succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. With a little luck, Cubelicious's Dominik Elens got control of the ball when Daniel Van Den Abeele tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Cubelicious's goal looked a bit too open when Karel-Jan Van Haght came free, but Dominik Elens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dominik Elens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel-Jan Van Haght, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Dominik Elens came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Zele's Daniel Van Den Abeele. But to his dismay, Daniel Van Den Abeele quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karel-Jan Van Haght to strike the kick off in the second half. Brian Van Nel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Andrew De Metser came out and tried to block the shot, but Brian Van Nel slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cubelicious's zone, Daniel Van Den Abeele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominik Elens came out of the goal and Daniel Van Den Abeele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Van Den Abeele in the 68th minute of play forced Cubelicious's goalkeeper Dominik Elens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Van Nel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andrew De Metser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cubelicious's goalkeeper Dominik Elens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karel-Jan Van Haght's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dominik Elens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Stanny Susters kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match.
