In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Lovenhoek's goalkeeper Jullian Valckeneers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freek Van Kamp during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, KVM2008's Yoachim Fabry got a free kick in the 77th minute. Ward Schroons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute.
