In the 14th minute, Nick Selleslags made a precise shot to the right of Dolf Kerkhove. KSV Coolegem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. pipoignons's Nick Selleslags managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Niki Van Herck in the 19 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Van Herendael in the 21st minute of play forced pipoignons's goalkeeper Mateo Vanhove to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the match, pipoignons's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Paelemans came free, but Mateo Vanhove reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 26 in the game by Cedric Bouman from a close distance when the talented Dolf Kerkhove managed to make a qualified save. KSV Coolegem's players were relieved. Cedric Bouman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Dolf Kerkhove made a huge save. Geert Van Dessel hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Dolf Kerkhove showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willy van Eycken in the 36th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Dolf Kerkhove was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, pipoignons's goalkeeper Mateo Vanhove had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brian Paelemans. In the 84th minute Willy van Eycken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dolf Kerkhove saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KSV Coolegem's Dolf Kerkhove tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. pipoignons's Mateo Vanhove proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save pipoignons from getting a goal against them. Mateo Vanhove made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Jef Van den Inde sent off a good shot on target. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. pipoignons fully deserved thier win.
