SIDEMEN FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cedric Bouman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 7 played minutes pipoignons got a freekick which was hit by Octaaf Descamps. In the 10th minute, Yves Daems left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SIDEMEN FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Joseph Hemberg's late challenge caught a SIDEMEN FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Hemberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Joseph Hemberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axell vrolix took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateo Vanhove. Mateo Vanhove dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amaury Schooters in the 19th minute of play forced pipoignons's goalkeeper Mateo Vanhove to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cedric Bouman in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joris Andriesens, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mateo Vanhove took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axell vrolix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Goffrey Van Der Straeten in the 28th minute of play forced pipoignons's goalkeeper Mateo Vanhove to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 played minutes pipoignons got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Hemberg. In the 37th minute of the match Tobias Van den Haute shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateo Vanhove showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Joseph Hemberg hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Mateo Vanhove made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goffrey Van Der Straeten in the 41st minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axell vrolix to strike the kick off in the second half. Joris Andriesens came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by pipoignons's Thibaud De Weijgaert. But to his dismay, Thibaud De Weijgaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 57th minute Axell vrolix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Vanhove saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 67 minutes on the clock, Tobias Van den Haute commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in SIDEMEN FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! The referee gave pipoignons a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Conrad Vinck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SIDEMEN FC's Joris Andriesens. 4-3. Joris Andriesens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cedric Bouman, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Amaury Schooters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Amaury Schooters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Vanhove saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes pipoignons got a freekick which was hit by Octaaf Descamps. Mateo Vanhove showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amaury Schooters, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Amaury Schooters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Vanhove having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Cedric Bouman notched a goal, 5-3, to the right of SIDEMEN FC's Joris Andriesens. Joris Andriesens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Cedric Bouman managed to get in a good position for a shot. pipoignons's supporters rose to their feet, but Cedric Bouman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joris Andriesens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Goffrey Van Der Straeten charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goffrey Van Der Straeten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 minutes of play, pipoignons's Thibaud De Weijgaert made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joris Andriesens was left in no man's land by his defense there!
