Emile Huybreghts came out of the goal and Axell vrolix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 5th minute Axell vrolix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emile Huybreghts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Waasdonk's Emile Huybreghts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yves Daems in the 7th minute of play. In the 14th minute Axell vrolix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emile Huybreghts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emile Huybreghts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axell vrolix in the 17th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, KFC Waasdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gery Wollans to maneuver through the defense. The KFC Waasdonk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emile Huybreghts should have stopped the shot. Emile Huybreghts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yves Daems in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, KFC Waasdonk's goalkeeper Emile Huybreghts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Goffrey Van Der Straeten. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Axell vrolix managed to get in a good position for a shot. SIDEMEN FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Axell vrolix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emile Huybreghts breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axell vrolix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Emile Huybreghts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SIDEMEN FC's Amaury Schooters got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emile Huybreghts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axell vrolix in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Axell vrolix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emile Huybreghts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axell vrolix in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axell vrolix made a kick off. Yves Daems kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. KFC Waasdonk's Emile Huybreghts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amaury Schooters in the 53rd minute of play. If Axell vrolix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emile Huybreghts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axell vrolix's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Yves Daems fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emile Huybreghts having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, KFC Waasdonk's goal looked a bit too open when Goffrey Van Der Straeten came free, but Emile Huybreghts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Goffrey Van Der Straeten in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emile Huybreghts saved KFC Waasdonk from getting behind. Goffrey Van Der Straeten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emile Huybreghts having to interfere. Goffrey Van Der Straeten struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Emile Huybreghts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SIDEMEN FC. 81 minutes into the match, KFC Waasdonk's goal looked a bit too open when Axell vrolix came free, but Emile Huybreghts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SIDEMEN FC's Yves Daems suffered a sprained foot after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 81 minutes, Gery Wollans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Waasdonk and the SIDEMEN FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. SIDEMEN FC fully deserved thier win.
