Dennis Lissens made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Tibaut Schol sent off a good shot on target. Bernt Blomme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Lissens having to interfere. When Joannes Dekens fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ehsal's protests and gave Joannes Dekens a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 47th minute of the game. One of Ehsal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Vaux-Et-Borset:s goal. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, Vaux-Et-Borset's Sander Haelemans got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dennis Lissens.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christoff Terhorst was the one to do the kick off. If Tibaut Schol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ehsal's goalkeeper Dennis Lissens, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christoff Terhorst received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Lennert Spoelberch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arthur-Maurits Vercruysse hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Dennis Lissens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibaut Schol, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Vaux-Et-Borset's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibaut Schol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vaux-Et-Borset's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
