But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tibaut Schol couldn't finish the play. When Vaux-Et-Borset's Mattheo Van den Berch in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KFC Dergneau's goalie prevented a goal. Tibaut Schol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Fredrik Hennes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jason Van Bombergen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Didier Verhulst's late challenge caught a Vaux-Et-Borset's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KFC Dergneau. 15 minutes into the match, Tibaut Schol notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of KFC Dergneau's Fredrik Hennes. Fredrik Hennes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 21 minutes of play, Vaux-Et-Borset's Mattheo Van den Berch made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fredrik Hennes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tibaut Schol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fredrik Hennes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mattheo Van den Berch, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fredrik Hennes was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Tibaut Schol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Vaux-Et-Borset booed when KFC Dergneau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charl De Hertoghe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredrik Hennes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibaut Schol in the 32nd minute of the match. After 36 played minutes, Vaux-Et-Borset's Sander Haelemans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fredrik Hennes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vaux-Et-Borset reached it. Mattheo Van den Berch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattheo Van den Berch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fredrik Hennes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ewout Elssen hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Dyllan Van Impe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennert Spoelberch having to interfere. The KFC Dergneau players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vaux-Et-Borset were winning 0-2.

In the 54th minute, Vaux-Et-Borset's Mattheo Van den Berch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. If Dyllan Van Impe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vaux-Et-Borset getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jim Gijselinkx hit a great ball. Sander Haelemans's shot from long distance in the 69th minute was not bad at all, but KFC Dergneau's Fredrik Hennes knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. If Dyllan Van Impe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Dergneau's zone, Mattheo Van den Berch stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Hennes came out of the goal and Mattheo Van den Berch tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tibaut Schol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bavo Dekkers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennert Spoelberch having to interfere. Dyllan Van Impe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennert Spoelberch having to interfere. With a little luck, KFC Dergneau's Fredrik Hennes got control of the ball when Tibaut Schol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vaux-Et-Borset's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
