Spectators: 7545 (Terracing: 5660, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jan-Joost Heirremans started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Voske's goalkeeper Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Lyens got free with Pino Owerckx in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 10 minutes on the clock, Marten Van Aghten commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 9 minutes into the game, one of FC Voske:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Abel De Haes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Voske's Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius De Meyer in the 21st minute of play. Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julius De Meyer's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Jan-Joost Heirremans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, FC Voske's Jan-Joost Heirremans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pino Owerckx narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KFC Branchon's Pino Owerckx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save KFC Branchon from getting a goal against them. Abel De Haes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, FC Voske's goal looked a bit too open when Abel De Haes came free, but Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when KFC Branchon's Abel De Haes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel De Haes in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 46 played minutes KFC Branchon got a freekick which was hit by Cederic Naets. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julius De Meyer was the one to do the kick off. Abel De Haes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 62 minutes into the game, Jan-Joost Heirremans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pino Owerckx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pino Owerckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Lyens in the 65th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Jan-Joost Heirremans notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of KFC Branchon's Pino Owerckx. Pino Owerckx was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emanuel Lyens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC Voske booed when KFC Branchon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristen Goegebeur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir was a little too slow when Julius De Meyer got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 4-3. Jan-Joost Heirremans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Pino Owerckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
