The supporters of FC Voske booed when AFC Cosenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thijs Van Cauwenbergh didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Jan-Joost Heirremans managed to get in a good position for a shot. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacob Overloop made a kick off. Matthias De Wortelaers hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 57 minutes of play, AFC Cosenberg's Thijs Van Cauwenbergh made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Georges-Philippe Dobbeleir was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Emanuel Lyens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute.
