In the 10th match minute, The Wiez-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Van Deuren to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the match, AC Pussemange's Jens De Maijer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Morreels narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Boudewijn Gobbelijns took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henri Baekelandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, AC Pussemange's goal looked a bit too open when Raymond Laureijs came free, but Boudewijn Gobbelijns reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jens De Maijer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Morreels having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, The Wiez-Team's Manuel Langendonck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boudewijn Gobbelijns made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 43rd minute AC Pussemange were awarded a corner. Robin Van de Weijer went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led AC Pussemange's Robin Van de Weijer to fire away a dangerous shot which Marco Morreels despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 54 played minutes AC Pussemange got a freekick which was hit by Jeremey Portai. Boudewijn Gobbelijns showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Langendonck, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. AC Pussemange's attentive Jeremey Portai managed to snatch the ball when Pieter-Jan Ingelborchs made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. If Jens De Maijer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AC Pussemange's Jens De Maijer got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Van de Weijer in the 94th minute of play forced The Wiez-Team's goalkeeper Marco Morreels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes of play, AC Pussemange's Jens De Maijer made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Morreels was left in no man's land by his defense there!
