Roben Van Hallebeecke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur De Kerpel having to interfere. In the 18thth minute of the game Roben Van Hallebeecke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Mancunians's Artur De Kerpel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Diedrik Quvelirs fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trooz's protests and gave Diedrik Quvelirs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Diedrik Quvelirs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casper Callewaert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Verhaghe having to interfere. After 27 played minutes, FC Mancunians's Bruno van Haecht shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kevin Verhaghe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Mancunians reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Casper Callewaert managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Mancunians's supporters rose to their feet, but Casper Callewaert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Verhaghe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute, Jeffery Van de Goor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Reinaert Van Eeckhout could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Kevin Verhaghe however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 38 minutes, Casper Callewaert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Mancunians's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casper Callewaert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Casper Callewaert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kevin Verhaghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casper Callewaert in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Roben Van Hallebeecke notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Mancunians's Artur De Kerpel. Artur De Kerpel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Kevin Verhaghe came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Mancunians's Casper Callewaert. But to his dismay, Casper Callewaert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Richard Verhaeghen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur De Kerpel having to interfere. In the 60th match minute, Trooz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roben Van Hallebeecke to maneuver through the defense. If Reinaert Van Eeckhout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaert Van Eeckhout scored 3-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kevin Verhaghe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reinaert Van Eeckhout in the 67th minute of play forced Trooz's goalkeeper Kevin Verhaghe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin Verhaghe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Callewaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Jordi Vrijdag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Casper Callewaert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roben Van Hallebeecke's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur De Kerpel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. FC Mancunians's Artur De Kerpel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roben Van Hallebeecke in the 83rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Richard Verhaeghen got free with Artur De Kerpel in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
