Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 50) Kenneth Raaymakers started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Trooz got a freekick which was hit by Jammy Van Dijck. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Raaymakers in the 5th minute of play forced Trooz's goalkeeper Kevin Verhaghe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Green Arrow's Kenneth Raaymakers ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kevin Verhaghe. Kevin Verhaghe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Kevin Verhaghe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Raaymakers in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Rolf De Vaddere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Green Arrow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trooz the free kick. The supporters of Trooz booed when Green Arrow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolf De Vaddere didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Roben Van Hallebeecke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenneth Raaymakers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Kevin Verhaghe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Diedrik Quvelirs fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trooz's protests and gave Diedrik Quvelirs a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Diedrik Quvelirs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Verhaghe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernand Vanden Bossche in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the match, Trooz's goal looked a bit too open when Gustave de Nooter came free, but Kevin Verhaghe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roben Van Hallebeecke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Steven de Vleeschouwer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Richard Verhaeghen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Steven de Vleeschouwer having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Roben Van Hallebeecke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trooz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roben Van Hallebeecke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roben Van Hallebeecke blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Steven de Vleeschouwer having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roben Van Hallebeecke to make the kick off. Green Arrow's Kenneth Raaymakers got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernand Vanden Bossche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Verhaghe having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Fernand Vanden Bossche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kevin Verhaghe. Trooz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernand Vanden Bossche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 74th minute, Kenneth Raaymakers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Green Arrow fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 80th minute Kenneth Raaymakers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Fernand Vanden Bossche put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Kevin Verhaghe. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Fernand Vanden Bossche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Arrow's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernand Vanden Bossche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Verhaghe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steven de Vleeschouwer came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Trooz's Richard Verhaeghen. But to his dismay, Richard Verhaeghen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 95th minute Fernand Vanden Bossche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kevin Verhaghe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Verhaghe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernand Vanden Bossche, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
