Aartselaar 's Philipp De Hont played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertan Vandenberge in the 36th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arthur-Maurits Slabbaert to make the kick off. Birger Van Acht came out of the goal and Jacq Van Meensel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Vervaeck kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Philipp De Hont didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bertan Vandenberge went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
