Aineffe's Bastian Ruttens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucien Sliepers in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Renzo Van Der Heijden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Aineffe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KFC Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
