Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) With a little luck, TeamBE's Louis-Philippe Gillekens got control of the ball when Gery Bautmans tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronald Labrouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis-Philippe Gillekens having to interfere. Gery Bautmans kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Sander Van hoeijveld hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Malempre's Ronald Labrouche slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Louis-Philippe Gillekens. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Gery Bautmans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malempre's supporters rose to their feet, but Gery Bautmans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Louis-Philippe Gillekens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26th minute of the match Charles Valckenaerts shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Wery showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ronald Labrouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Louis-Philippe Gillekens having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Malempre's goal looked a bit too open when Etienne Van Hoof came free, but Miguel Wery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronald Labrouche in the 34th minute of play forced TeamBE's goalkeeper Louis-Philippe Gillekens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Ronald Labrouche managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malempre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ronald Labrouche was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yvan Moreau made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Gery Bautmans's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Louis-Philippe Gillekens was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. In the 58th minute, one of Malempre:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Malempre. If Yvan Moreau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kamiel Van Hoght hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Gery Bautmans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TeamBE's Louis-Philippe Gillekens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Malempre's Gery Bautmans got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Louis-Philippe Gillekens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wouter Hunaerts in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st play minute Etienne Van Hoof came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Miguel Wery. 1-2. Louis-Philippe Gillekens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wouter Hunaerts's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Gery Bautmans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. TeamBE's Louis-Philippe Gillekens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gery Bautmans in the 92nd minute of play. The Malempre manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing TeamBE to win.
