Royal Entente Durbuy's Sam-Lucas De Jong got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Royal Entente Durbuy's goalkeeper Xavier Van Huyck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Ilegems hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. If Jammy Kerselaers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jammy Kerselaers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Van den Sande having to interfere. Sam-Lucas De Jong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sam-Lucas De Jong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Peperhol's Tristan Godet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xavier Van Huyck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sam-Lucas De Jong hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Tristan Godets short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Xavier Van Huyck to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jammy Kerselaers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sebastian Van den Sande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38thth minute of the game Jammy Kerselaers who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peperhol's Sebastian Van den Sande was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yelle Valckx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Xavier Van Huyck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sam-Lucas De Jong made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Sam-Lucas De Jong managed to get in a good position for a shot. Royal Entente Durbuy's supporters rose to their feet, but Sam-Lucas De Jong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Van den Sande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Claude de Pelsmakere during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match had been going on for 58 minutes, Royal Entente Durbuy's Maarten Verheijt got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sebastian Van den Sande. Tristan Godet scored 1-1 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xavier Van Huyck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Lucas Ilegems had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 76 minutes, Sam-Lucas De Jong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Royal Entente Durbuy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sam-Lucas De Jong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Peperhol's zone, Maurice Van der Vorst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Van den Sande came out of the goal and Maurice Van der Vorst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benoit Lijsens in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Van den Sande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 83 played minutes Peperhol got a freekick which was hit by Yelle Valckx. If Sam-Lucas De Jong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Sam-Lucas De Jong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Van den Sande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sam-Lucas De Jong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peperhol succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Royal Entente Durbuy had controlled the match.
