Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lorenzo De Martelaere got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Roggen in the 4th minute of play forced Tikken en weg's goalkeeper Loui Hollandts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Sc Varac's Berten Verheijd got control of the ball when Jos Van der Goten tried to sneak it across the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Lorenzo De Martelaere notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tikken en weg's Loui Hollandts. Loui Hollandts was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Tikken en weg's zone, Lorenzo De Martelaere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Loui Hollandts came out of the goal and Lorenzo De Martelaere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Diego Roggen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Felix Uijterhove left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tikken en weg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 18 played minutes Tikken en weg got a freekick which was hit by Luukas Waterloos. 23 minutes into the match, Sc Varac's goalkeeper Berten Verheijd had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jos Van der Goten. Berten Verheijd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Celis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berten Verheijd was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jos Van der Goten showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 31 minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Tikken en weg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerom Fondria to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Tikken en weg's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo De Martelaere came free, but Loui Hollandts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Luukas Waterloos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tikken en weg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sc Varac the free kick. Luukas Waterloos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niels Swings during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Sc Varac getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Niels Swings hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Sc Varac's Dylan Verbraecken got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Mario Celis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Diego Roggen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sc Varac and the Tikken en weg players grew even worse after the yellow card. Berten Verheijd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jos Van der Goten in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Sc Varac booed when Tikken en weg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luukas Waterloos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Tikken en weg's goal looked a bit too open when Bart Van De Broeck came free, but Loui Hollandts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Diego Roggen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Loui Hollandts. Diego Roggen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Jos Van der Goten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dylan Verbraecken came free with the goalkeeper in the 73rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Loui Hollandts could save by the left post. 74 minutes into the match, Tikken en weg's goalkeeper Loui Hollandts had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo De Martelaere. Tikken en weg's Loui Hollandts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Tikken en weg from getting a goal against them. 78 minutes into the match, Sc Varac's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Uijterhove came free, but Berten Verheijd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
