An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Gijselinx in the 29th minute of play forced AFC Localit's goalkeeper Axel Ruttens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sam-Lucas Gillis fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Localit's protests and gave Sam-Lucas Gillis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, AFC Localit's Sam-Lucas Gillis got a free kick in the 56th minute. Robbrecht Wittemans might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Axel Ruttens. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robbrecht Wittemans ran back to his position shaking his head. Robbrecht Wittemans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oswald Walters in the 64th minute of play forced Bilzen Youth Academy's goalkeeper Geordy Van den Inde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, AFC Localit's goalkeeper Axel Ruttens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robbrecht Wittemans. Jacques Boemans charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacques Boemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes AFC Localit got a freekick which was hit by Jacques Boemans. Axel Ruttens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Gijselinx, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. AFC Localit's Jacques Boemans got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bilzen Youth Academy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
