Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wes de Pelsmaekers took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wes de Pelsmaekers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Laurent Van Gheel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Laurent Van Gheel managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Lowridas's Joos Poets fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Laurent Van Gheel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. If Joos Poets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 15 played minutes Real Kessel FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilian Sproten. The crowd rose to their feet as Wes de Pelsmaekers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laurent Van Gheel. That made the score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Lowridas's Joos Poets got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Laurent Van Gheel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers in the 25th minute of play. After 33 played minutes Real Kessel FC got a freekick which was hit by Diederick Bormans. Joos Poets fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laurent Van Gheel having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Real Kessel FC got a freekick which was hit by Yannik Van hoegaerde. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roben Van Riel to make the kick off. Gilles Luyten charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilles Luyten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Gilles Luyten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laurent Van Gheel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Wes de Pelsmaekers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lowridas's supporters rose to their feet, but Wes de Pelsmaekers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurent Van Gheel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wes de Pelsmaekers in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurent Van Gheel saved Real Kessel FC from getting behind. Laurent Van Gheel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laurent Van Gheel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Laurent Van Gheel came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Lowridas's Wes de Pelsmaekers. But to his dismay, Wes de Pelsmaekers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Laurent Van Gheel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wes de Pelsmaekers, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Wes de Pelsmaekers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute.
