Verrebeke
Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Lander Eggers made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Verrebeke booed when Mister D team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelis Costermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Jesse De Bruyn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jannick Stuyck was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 27 minutes, Yves Van Den Haecke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mister D team and the Verrebeke players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Mister D team got a freekick which was hit by Yves Van Den Haecke. After 28 played minutes, Verrebeke's Arnold De Block shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jannick Stuyck came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Verrebeke reached it. 29 minutes into the match, Mister D team's goal looked a bit too open when Mathieu-Maxim Tilens came free, but Jannick Stuyck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jannick Stuyck was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Roy Loos. If Mathieu-Maxim Tilens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mathieu-Maxim Tilens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jannick Stuyck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jannick Stuyck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathieu-Maxim Tilens in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathieu-Maxim Tilens to make the kick off. Wesley Diericx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lander Eggers, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Mister D team's Jannick Stuyck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathieu-Maxim Tilens in the 60th minute of play. Jannick Stuyck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gill Jans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steve Verstappen during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mister D team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Arnold De Block placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Lander Eggers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jesse De Bruyn in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannick Stuyck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Lander Eggers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mister D team's supporters rose to their feet, but Lander Eggers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wesley Diericx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee ended the match the Verrebeke players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
