Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Stoffels started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Nestor Hombroeckx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LeRoeulx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Axel Stoffels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute Nestor Hombroeckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kris Vanhaeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Hombroeckx in the 15th minute of play forced Vlesenbeek's goalkeeper Kris Vanhaeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kris Vanhaeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Stoffels in the 16th minute of play. Teun Volle hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Vlesenbeek's Stefan Heers slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cederic Calstermans. That made the score 1-1 after 24 minutes of play. In the 30th minute, Axel Stoffels got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kris Vanhaeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Stoffels in the 32nd minute of play. When Nestor Hombroeckx came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the LeRoeulx fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Hombroeckx couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Nestor Hombroeckx managed to get in a good position for a shot. LeRoeulx's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Hombroeckx was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kris Vanhaeren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nestor Hombroeckx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Vlesenbeek's Bass Goos got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Tristan Vervaeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cederic Calstermans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Axel Stoffels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Vanhaeren having to interfere. In the 55th match minute, Vlesenbeek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeremie Huyterhoeven to maneuver through the defense. Renzo de Reyck charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renzo de Reyck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vlesenbeek's Renzo de Reyck got a free kick in the 57th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as LeRoeulx's Axel Stoffels slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kris Vanhaeren. That made the score 1-2 after 59 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Hombroeckx got free with Kris Vanhaeren in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 69 minutes of play, Vlesenbeek's Stefan Heers made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cederic Calstermans was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nestor Hombroeckx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Stefan Heers fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vlesenbeek's protests and gave Stefan Heers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th minute, Stefan Heers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kris Vanhaeren was a little too slow when Axel Stoffels got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-3. Cederic Calstermans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Heers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremie Huyterhoeven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cederic Calstermans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Hombroeckx in the 93rd minute of play forced Vlesenbeek's goalkeeper Kris Vanhaeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastien Michiels fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kris Vanhaeren having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Sammy Waeberghe fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the final whistle sounded LeRoeulx left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vlesenbeek.
